Sessions for all levels…
Invictus Triathlon Squad offer a wide range of training sessions, open to all members. Every session focuses on quality and aims to improve the performance of all our athletes, regardless of current ability.
Sessions may include wetsuit training in the pool in the winter months or open water training in the summer, or pool side brick sessions using the turbo trainer. Running sessions may include winter strength/endurance building interval and tempo sets, shorter speedwork on grass, and specific pre-season work.
Members may also benefit from occasional video analysis to bring improvements in their running and swimming technique and give them an edge over the opposition!
We have a variety of sessions throughout the week that work on all three disciplines.
